"My idea of happiness is a well-worn pair of jeans (same ones as the day before), cold coffee (black), cheap beer (light), good cheese sliced straight from the block. I want cheap coffee in a styrofoam cup.
And I know that I need to give this to myself. Because that’s the way we work — the things we think we want in partners, the things we demand, want, need, the things we scrounge the kitchen floor for and cry and yell for, those are things we most need from ourselves.
